Yes! The right to wild camp on Dartmoor common land has been restored 🎉🎉
A right is not the same as permission - glad the judges agreed!
Now to extend this to other national parks in England & Wales

So much energy and passion outside court today as the Darwall appeal is heard.
Tory donor and landowner Alexander Darwall clearly had no idea he would ignite a new land movement with his crass court case to ban the plebs from camping out under the stars on Dartmoor… the irony

If the European heatwave wasn’t worrying enough then this really is…
Yet our govt doesn’t even see the climate emergency as a top five priority.
We have to get them out!!

I'm so tired of the gaslighting by this shoddy government
Our MP talk about the delights of joining a trading bloc when... well you know. Our nearest neighbours.
A trading bloc that has a combined GDP of $16.6 trillion... The one we wrenched ourselves out of...
Remind me why?

As you can see, a somewhat smaller figure

Thrilled to be at QE School Crediton to present certificates to the new EPAS ambassadors. Great to see young people learning about EU democracy and @europarl_en and experience Strasbourg. It’s vital we keep these and strengthen these ties with our EU neighbours. Well done QE. t.co/gS7IUAl364

In 1997, while working in Bosnia, I stood in the village of , at the site of the murder of thousands of Muslim men and boys. It was chilling.
28 years on, we remember them. And may the horror of this event continue to remind us of the fragility of peace.

This is a disgrace, and she’s not the only one.
There needs to be a mechanism to recall MPs who don’t do the job they are elected to do.
