RT @REDRESSTrust: At its 73rd Ordinary Session, @achpr_cadhp has launched the long-awaited Guidelines on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances in Africa.  

They offer key guidance to African States in preventing and protecting against this crime.
