I was presented these figures on air and told I was wrong that Brexit had not materially affected trade with the EU

The only figure I've been able to match with those from the ONS is the £572.9bn for the value of UK exports in 2016.
Can you explain how you arrived at the rest? In particular, what is the deflator here?
