@twoeyedloon @LozzaFox @thereclaimparty Absolutely I would have cut VAT and green levies (both regressive taxes) ahead of the 45% tax rate BUT to trash the budget on that issue is wrong. It’s missing the wood for the trees.
Cutting the 45% is the correct thing to do. Would I have done it now? See above.
