Exactly 15 years ago French Foreign Minister @BernardKouchner and I set out to mediate a ceasefire between Russia and Georgia.
I was Foreign Minister and Chairman of the OSCE at the time.
We were able to get a deal in 5 days. We ended up with two frozen conflicts.
