Nově by měli mít poskytovatelé krátkodobých pronájmů registrační čísla, která budou pronájmové platformy zobrazovat. Údaje o pronájmech budou platformy sdílet s příslušnými úřady. Jakákoli regulace bude i nadále záviset na vnitrostátní správě.
🆕 Každý čtvrtý turistický pobyt v EU využívá platformy pro krátkodobé pronájmy typu Airbnb. Aby mohl turistický ekosystém dobře fungovat, navrhuje EK větší transparentnost a sběr dat o těchto pronájmech.
