Earlier today, I asked the SoS for Wales if he was concerned that the Shared Prosperity Fund would shift resources from the Valleys to more prosperous parts of Wales. The reply was rudely interrupted by the PM, but the SoS disagreed with me. Tories never admit what they are doing
