In fact it’s so good I did something I’ve never done before which is to start reading it again as soon as I finished.

Initial life changing notes…. 1. You cannot eliminate a bad habit you replace it.

2. To start a good habit it must be really easy.

3. Good habits need to be frictionless and good habits must have lots of friction

4. Understanding the habit loop

5. Small bad choices daily add up to toxic results over time

6. The Didaro effect. You often do next based on what you have just finished doing

7. Missing once is ok but missing twice is a spiral of bad habits. Eat pizza but follow with a healthy meal.

8. Your environment is way more important than motivation.
