Wat is het toch belangrijk om in een rechtsstaat te leven. Het Hof verleent de staat geen uitstel voor de plicht om asielzoekers menswaardige opvang te bieden.

Veel van de schokkende OLAF bevindingen over Frontex, stonden ook in ons rapport vorig jaar. Maar OLAF bevestigt nog eens hoe doelbewust de mensenrechten aan de kant werden geschoven en geschonden. Nog veel werk aan de winkel.

Since 8 months, I ask for public access to the OLAF report. After 2 refusals by Frontex, now with OLAF. I just received a reply that they need more time. But now we all know why this transparency is key to hold Frontex and Greece accountable and to stop these blatant violations.
