As a member of a party in Gov., it’s both infuriating & embarassing to have a target of 8,000 ha. tree planting per annum & only planting 2,000, (lowest since 1946) because of the Dept.’s own rules. (They tried blaming Europe!)
Please, someone, kick ass or abolish targets.
