Every 🇪🇺 patient must have access to safe and high quality medical devices.
To have a smooth transition to new rules with the Medical Devices Regulation, we will propose to extend this transition period.
This will give citizens and industry the certainty they require.

Today’s adoption by #EPSCO of new and updated 🇪🇺 cancer screening recommendations is a crucial milestone of #EUCancerPlan.
They must now be rolled out across the EU to address the unacceptable disparities that still exist on access to quality screening programmes for citizens.

As the #COVID19 epidemiological situation evolves, 🇪🇺 is committed to ensuring that citizens have access to vaccines as they are needed.
