R to @Rory_Palmer: This is a decisive judgment on the Govt’s record since 2010.
It’s shameful - imagine having the opportunity to lead, to galvanize enterprise and creativity, to have the full apparatus and resource of the State to make a difference and improve lives.
And just squandering it.
