Late. Cancelled. Broken down. Over-crowded. Filthy seats. Power sockets that don’t work. Over-priced.
Difficult to get enthused about rail travel when it’s like this.
Passengers deserve better than what these rail companies provide.

Credit to the staff on EMR who are friendly and helpful. Not a criticism of them, it’s the system and the companies - we really do need to rethink how our railways are run.
