‘Ladies tees’
Absurd. Antiquated. Sexist.
And embarrassing to golf.

I was recently at a South London course playing from the yellow tees. About to tee up, a male member rudely stopped me to tell me I couldn’t play off the yellows because those weren’t the ‘ladies tees’.

My response: ‘There’s no such thing!’
