As a former Labour candidate in Hexham (2001) I’d argue ‘Yes, Labour can win’. In the 1997 election Labour came within touching distance only 222 votes short. The current Tory government is worse than Major’s 1997 government - so yes, Labour can win … if the voters vote Labour!

Greaves takes him for lunch first. Venables didn't want anything and was astonished that Greaves had a full roast and pudding.
They win 7-1, 5 goals for Greaves.
Football was better then.

RT by @PaulBrannenNE: 1. This is the only radiator in our house. We haven't turned it on yet, or used any other heating source. Yet we are always warm. Why? Because this house (which we rent) was built almost to passive house standards. Our bodies/cooking/appliances are sufficient to heat it. 🧵

There are any number of reasons why the Conservatives need to be defeated at the next general election but the covid spending debacle of Eat Out to Help Out is reason enough on its own. And remember this was Sunak’s own policy.

"Eco-friendly and beautiful wooden houses enrich the architecture of Stockholm." Slowly, slowly building big with wood is happening. But the climate is breaking down fast. Such buildings need to move from being the exception to the norm & quick.

At a wood industry conference in Sweden. The UK market is Sweden’s biggest market. But UK political instability is a barrier to doing business. The UK has now had 16 housing ministers since 2016 meaning they are in post for less than 6 months. “We have insects that live longer”.
