Illegal migration is a common challenge for the 🇪🇺EU & 🇷🇸Serbia.

I welcome the appointment by Parliament of 3 judges to Montenegro’s Constitutional Court.
Restoring a fully operational Court is essential for the 🇲🇪 institutions’ stability & functionality.
