RT by @Michael_Heaver: The Government has announced that the BBC licence fee will increase by £10.50 to £169.50 from April 2024.

In January 2022, we found that only 18% of Britons thought the BBC should be funded by the License Fee.

50% thought it should be funded by advertising or subscriptions.
