Our classroom assistants, bus drivers, catering staff, cleaners and other support workers, play a crucial role in providing first class education and support for our children.

They fully deserve to have their vital work recognised with fair pay and conditions.

With the blocking of an Executive ongoing, I will continue to raise the need with the British government for a fair pay deal to be immediately brought forward for public sector workers.
