RT @PhoenixLawHR: The family of Loughlin Maginn have today settled their High court case against the PSNI and MOD.

Loughlin was murdered in his home in Rathfriland in 25 August 1989. Sir Desmond De Silva found collusion in the murder in his 2012 report.
