@AhsanSanaya @Masdar @cop28uae Who’s denying participation? I believe it’s in the interest of Mr. AlJaber and the UAE to communicate safeguards to the @UNFCCC, to make sure that this issue does not pop-up every time.

We need clarity to guarantee a succesful #COP28.
