Seems that the Government are implementing a windfall tax on windfarms.
Aside from the fact the windfarms are ripping us all off by charging the extremely high price of gas for the wind, a windfall tax sounds so much more appropriate.
Let’s hope for a windy autumn and winter.

Para 4 says Wall Street fell as analysts feel high interest rates will tip US into recession.

As with Covid we cannot look at the science in isolation of the economics … even if you agree with the science. Again, as with Covid, many scientists don’t.

1. The Bank of England set rates and are independent of Gov
2. Low rates is what has caused wealth inequality.
