RT @ClaireKerrane: Possible extension of Fuel Allowance is welcome but it needs to be extended to those in receipt of the Working Family Payment. We also need to see greater access to support for those not in receipt of the Fuel Allowance through the relaxing of Exceptional Needs Payment rules
