Today we opened the #SoLarge factory in 🇳🇱, a pioneering producer of sustainable lightweight #solar panels.
These panels will be 100% recyclable & will use new non-toxic polymer materials to replace glass & aluminium to protect the solar cells.

Last year, for the first time, more electricity was generated from wind & #solar than gas in the #EU, with 41 GW of new capacity in #solarenergy & a 15 GW wind capacity increase.
39% of electricity in the 🇪🇺 in 2022 was generated from renewable sources. We are on the right path!
