Moody’s move to upgrade Greece’s credit rating, particularly by two notches, isn’t just one more reward of our government’s fiscal stance. It is proof that we must stay the course on a policy of fiscal prudence; a policy that despite the challenges will remain focused on the goals we have set and achieving primary budget surpluses. A lot was achieved in the economy in the last four years and we will not allow the progress we made to go to waste. Steadily, we will continue to combine social sensibility with fiscal responsibility.
