Re @Richardnocar @AlexTaylorNews I think neither. EU (like Britain) is not a charity for developed countries and defends mainly (like Britain) its own (citizens) interests. And if a country is not part of EU or EEA, it cannot use its rights and benefits. (+ no obligations.) With all the (economic) consequences.
