I welcome the @UN SC
vote on cross-border assistance to #Syria.

Food, medicine and other vital supplies will continue to reach vulnerable Syrians through Bab al-Hawa, the only remaining UN route for cross-border aid into Syria.

This is the only lifeline for 4.1 million people.
