I’m afraid there’s far more pilfering going on. As well as off-shore, dig into land ownership-it’s what makes the Duke of Westminster one of the wealthiest people on the planet. If a “freeloader”, sorry, “holder” fails to submit tax return, ownership goes to the Crown Estate!
