It's not just Galicia. Finding hundreds of plastic pellets this morning on the beach in Tramore 🇮🇪
These could be from any of the 230,000 tonnes that spill into the ocean every year with very little regulation. In the European Parliament we're working to stop this plague.

In the aftermath of a plastic pellets spill in the Atlantic, I'm in Galicia where local volunteers are now carrying out the painstaking work of removing this pollution from the ecosystem.
