PA contains commitments from 🇭🇺 to enhance transparency, capacity of beneficiaries, extended use of integrity pacts, which will further increase control & accountability.

Also, the EC considers that the horizontal enabling condition on the Charter of Fundamental Rights is not yet fulfilled.
This means that the EC cannot reimburse expenditure. We'll keep working w/🇭🇺 authorities to overcome this situation.
