More flexible rules for the closure of #CohesionPolicy's 2014-2020 programmes are adopted, including:

📌bigger flexibility (15%) between priorities to optimise the use of 2014-2020 funds
📌easier transition between programming periods (up to 20% of phased projects at closure)
