On 27 April, Ombudsman Emily O'Reilly and @Defenseurdroits will host the #ENOnetwork conference, where high-level speakers and ombudsmen from across the 🇪🇺 will first discuss the #Ukraine refugee crisis and then the challenges of #digitalisation.

We have asked @EU_Commission for details on time it takes to deal with access to document requests, following an increase in complaints about delays in the process.
Aim of the inquiry is to identify a systemic approach for reducing handling times.
