This morning colleagues greeted the Working Party on Latin America and the Caribbean of the Council of the EU! Very happy to host the representatives of 🇪🇺 member states on their first trip since COVID. Interesting programme ahead in Barbados, St. Lucia and Trinidad and Tobago.
