In 2022, Indonesia issued 29,554 FLEGT licences worth EUR 985 million under its Voluntary Partnership Agreement with the EU, documenting the legality of its timber trade with the EU. This is a significant increase despite the pandemic

At a regional level, we organised the 8th Timber Legality Assurance Workshop in Viet Nam to increase regional collaboration on forestry, governance and timber trade issues. Planning for the next workshop is already under way!
