Failing or likely to fail: Authorities determine a bank as FOLTF, when no other supervisory or private sector intervention can restore it to viability. After a bank is determined FOLTF, the SRB initiates its resolution.
4 April, #SRB Chair Elke König delivered the bi-annual reporting note to the Eurogroup in Luxembourg.
The note includes the recent resolution cases, SRB priorities and progress in resolution planning, resolvability and MREL.
