@EU_Health @SKyriakidesEU There is still work to do with the #COVID19 #DigitalHealth certification system. Something like an alarm when the precautionary principle is disregarded. Even better, an alarm when people are getting infected by any bug flying around, at a rate never seen before and with unknown impacts on the immune system.
