@EU_Finance @McGuinnessEU other than the #literacy, which seems no more than an obligation for member states to put effort in educating citizens about #money, I don’t see how this focus on costs and financial return can provide “value”. We really need to talk about what is “value for money”. What is money at retirement when water, air and soil are polluted? When retailers are competed away by big chains?
