We must allocate resources to innovation field & experimentation. In some way, monetary risk taking in this respect also must be allowed.
Cost for comprehensive innovation is low compared to procurement of sub optimal equipment as a consequence of unnecessary lack of knowledge.

We need to collaborate & share ideas, requirements, & information between those who understand military problems, & those who can provide technical solutions. Collaborative programs that include different& also new actors & arenas to discuss and share best practice are key
