Economic governance reform is needed. Local governments are prudent financial managers when it comes to debt & public investment by local governments should not be squeezed! Space must be allocated within the net expenditure ceilings in the Member States themselves. @robjonkman

Reciprocity should be the norm in our trade policy. LRAs should have the power to buy European in public procurement. Another key challenge is to ensure EU funds have an impact on industry & SMEs and help them switch to a more circular production. @vanHijum
