R to @GyoriEniko: The strategy would ❓ & limit relations with 1 of our biggest trade partners. 🇪🇺is in no position to label investment & alienate its partners. Connectivity, not isolation, is in our interests.
I also urge caution in controlling #investment outside 🇪🇺
