@EP_Legal adopted its position on . It is widening the scope, adding new obligations & liability, thus making the COM proposal even worse. It is outrageous that the @EP_Industry opinion that took the side of companies was not taken into consideration.

I can't understand how EPP & RE could support such anti-business approach.

I consistently reject any initiative that imposes additional administrative burdens on companies.

In the current difficult times, when companies have to fight for survival due to war, skyrocketing & , it is unacceptable to require from companies even more reporting obligations. It is not the job of companies to play policeman to one another.
