Faithful cooperation implies that the agreement is put into law by one side (HU), but also that the other side (COM) doesn't come up with new obstacles.
Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened in December.

The HU govt is planning to spend €700 million on energy efficiency, increasing the share of alternative energy sources & strengthening the electricity system under #RepowerEU.

I trust that the COM will also keep the promise by @VDombrovskis & @PaoloGentiloni last week and won't impose new conditions on HU after the milestones have been met.
