In 2017, #Malta opted not to join the @EUProsecutor. @OwenBonnici changed his mind just 5 months later. Since then, just 2 fraud reports were filed.
Cosmetic changes and fanfare will not rebuild Malta’s reputation. On good governance & corruption, this government is in a deficit.
