Delighted to attend the official opening of the Dunkettle Interchage Upgrade Scheme. 🚗🚧⛔️
The project has delivered eighteen new road links totalling 10km in length and seven new bridge structures, as well as upgrade works.
2.9km of new walkways and cycleways have also been developed. 🚗🚴
This project is of huge importance for development in Cork. 🔴⚪️

In 2023 over €16.5 million was allocated to Cork community and voluntary groups as well as sports clubs by the Department of Rural and Community Development and over €110 million has been allocated to Cork since 2020. 👩👨👵👴⚽️🎾🏐
This funding makes a real difference for Communities and we must continue to support these worthy groups.
