@FffgHave @CorkChamber My legal practice and 2nd practice wrote to Dept Of Health & Health Board in Oct/Nov 2004 for over 60 residents challenging the charging of nursing home fees. This challenge and what occurred over following 3 months led to the refund of Public Nursing Home charges
