Until the 🇺🇸 stops its illegal mass surveillance of 🇪🇺 citizens' data, then there is no legal basis on which that data can be sent there. Full stop. End of story. This has been going on for a decade. Those facts haven't changed. EU citizens' data is not safe in the US.
