@GeorgeMonbiot Meat consumption in Sweden has declined almost 10%/cap since 2016.
Some explanations are change in cultural preferences towards vegetarian food, much better alternatives, now based on local peas/beans-not soy. But more veggies stop eating ultraprocessed/expensive alt as well.
