@baggylondon @Conservatives 1951 Refuge Convention. It's definition of refugee, it's focus on exile as the only answer to refugee problems are totally outdated. It takes no account of the impact political/financial/social of vast numbers of asylum seekers on small countries esp the poor areas already there

The @Conservatives choose to remain in outdated Treaties that harm our national security, the British tax payer, render our borders meaningless, hurt our communities AND hurt genuine refugees. The only thing stopping them from controlling our borders is political will.

@steps64499701 Withdraw from outdated, harmful international treaties that prevent us from stop the flow of fake refugees 1951 (refugee conv) ECHR so we can self determine our own migration policy for once. And redefine term refugee to once it was - not anyone poor with a story as it is now.
