@baggylondon @Conservatives 1951 Refuge Convention. It's definition of refugee, it's focus on exile as the only answer to refugee problems are totally outdated. It takes no account of the impact political/financial/social of vast numbers of asylum seekers on small countries esp the poor areas already there
