Tomorrow, the European Council must give a clear signal that Ukraine, Moldova & Georgia are candidates for EU accession. These countries need Europe, but Europe also needs these countries. We cannot allow Ukraine, Moldova & Georgia to fall into Russia's sphere of influence.
