Russia once again has started provocations in the North Caucasus, a region of diverse nations it has attempted to conquer for almost two centuries.
I am convinced that the region will not be peaceful, stable, and prosperous under Russian rule.
That's why I consider consultations between the leaders of the nations of the North Caucasus as an important step to achieve bright prospects for the region based on the example of cooperation of the Mountainous Republic.
